A Memory of Youth

One day in autumn I was wandering around and noticed an old broken vehicle with its wheels deeply rooted into the ground. Such an aesthetics reminded me of the reckless 90s. It was a time when I just got into playing basketball. Back then cars like this were scattered all around the city, including the court in my block where i was practicing. Not the best training conditions, of course, but that was all we had. And now, so many years later, being in that scenery again, holding a ball in my hands suddenly awoke such vivid memories, that for a moment my youth felt almost as present and clear as the smell of the autumn leaves on the ground.
