Every village in the Philippines, whether small or large, has its own unique basketball court, most of which are improvised. This is a great example of resourcefulness where everyone is welcome to play with pride and have some fun regardless of their status in society. This game is a great equalizer! Furthermore, this game fuels camaraderie among the people in the village as the key to growth and development. Lastly, this game is enjoyed in a unique way where everybody is on equal footing.
