To become a better player, a better nation at basketball you need the proper structures. In countries like Senegal where indoor facilities are almost inexistant, local NGO such as SEED Project have been renovating basketball courts in several parts of Dakar and remote places. Here at the Lycée Kennedy, they renovated two full courts with the help of USAID and the NBA.
